Made to order

Every ChromeVeils piece is printed for you after you order. Production takes 3-5 working days, then your order is dispatched with tracking. You'll get the tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Delivery prices and times

We deliver to the UK, the European Union and many other countries. The delivery price is worked out at checkout from your address and what you order, and you'll see it before you pay. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout too.

Duties and taxes

For orders delivered outside the UK, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your local customs office and are not included in our prices.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days, or your parcel says delivered but you haven't received it, email Schetha@chromeveils.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. Once an order has gone into production we may not be able to change it.
